We had a great stay at the Tobu. Room was clean, a little small, but then that was to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful to all our needs. The Tobu offers everything you need in a central location in Shibuya!

Very continently located if you plan to explore the Shibuya area. Only a few minutes away from Shibuya Station, and a quick walk to Meji Shrine. Other notable spots: Tower Records, Shibuya Crossing. The staff were extremely friendly, they spoke English. The only downside was that I shared a room with a buddy and the room felt a tad bit too small, but there are larger rooms to select from so that was on me. Overall, great spot!

Great location- very central to bars and shopping. Good for family. 12 min walk to shibuya station. Very hilly walk from shibuya station. It was easy to walk with empty suitcases but we took a taxi back. Family mart steps away. Helpful staff. Rooms could be cleaner. We stayed there for two nights at the beginning of our trip on the 7th floor and it was very clean. We stayed there again for the last three nights on the 5th floor and the room felt like it wasn’t vacuumed or dusted. We would stay here again.

Amazing location for the price. Everything was well kept and clean. The beds were comfy and the washroom water temperature was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities provided (e.g. free razors, hand towels, green tea, coffee, etc.) Space overall is at a premium in Tokyo so don't expect a huge room (unless you're willing to pay for it) but we did not spend a lot of time in our room. Location, location, location!
