The only thing that was wrong was they were doing maintenance with the elevator so you had to walk up the steps, especially if you’re on the third floor. It’s a lot of steps. "

"Our trip felt even more special thanks to our stay at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa. The property is beautiful and made the overall experience shine. Although we had some difficulty figuring out the air conditioning and ended up staying up late trying to fix it (even watching YouTube for help!), we were still very satisfied with our one-night stay. We drove a Tesla and had to park a bit farther away to find charging, but the area felt safe and easy to walk around, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay."
