"This was a last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had a corner room which was well laid out and very comfortable. Everything was new and clean and we will definitely plan to stay again."

"We checked in and unfortunately the first room we were given wasn’t finished. Lights hanging out of the roof mirror on the floor. Went to reception and was told we would need to wait an hour. Told the manager we needed to get ready for a function, gave us free breakfast and found a room quickly. Good work. However in the room the tracks for the drapes didn’t cover the whole window. Maybe opened a week early. Quality checks not done by the looks. Nice hotel and good location. Just need to iron out the issues"

"The hotel has an amazing view and beautiful scenery, and it’s very close to everything. The breakfast and staff were excellent. I just wish it also had an indoor pool."

"All was good except for one night when the water system had issues and we had brown water flow from the taps.that said, the issue was fixed in a couple of hours"

"The room was so dark you had to have lights on during the day. In the apartment I was in there was a lot of street noise so hard to sleep. The lifts were so slow that me and other guests took the stairs. The couch in the lounge was really small and uncomfortable. The bed however was extremely comfortable with really nice sheets, and it was very clean and had everything you could need. "
