"This is a great location right downtown close to major shops et al."

"Nobody was there, when we arrived at 2pm. had to come back. Lots of apologies, very friendly. Clean place and warm comfy bed. Plenty of most things, but no fresh milk only dried. No TV, hair dryer, the curtains only had washing pegs to hold them together.Loved the garden, very special."

"Great place and hosts. Highly recommend."

"Great hotel with a lovely bar and cafe"

"Very clean and comfortable, friendly Staff"

"Good convenient budget motel, being pet friendly is a bonus and one reason for my stay as I had appointments to attend in the city. Close to major transport links, and shops, restaurants etc. Hell Pizza right next door! Staff friendly. Due to location potentially a bit noisy but was fine when I was there. Could perhaps do with a little maintenence but nothing major. Room was clean. Would stay again and would recommend."
