"This is a great place to stay. The amenities are very good and clean and tidy. Dorm rooms are comfortable but can get quite warm. Good location opposite the wharf and within 30 minutes walking treat grounds and other walking tracks. Staff are very good and informative and will provide you with plenty of help if needed. "

"The room was noisy. The desk staff was great but the cleaning people were rude and noisy. I have few chances to rest in my regular life and the cleaning crew made so much noise in the hallway I was unable to sleep in. The rooms themselves are badly insulated, more authenitically old than 4-5 star quality that is claimed."
