"Since we don’t own a timeshare or we aren’t a member, we were dismissed at check in. Our questions were met with being cut off, short answers that weren’t very direct and no check out instructions. We didn’t receive any instructions via email, text, paper, message on tv or phone call. We were woken up to maids asking when we will be out as check out was 10am rather than 11am like most hotels. The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. If it wasn’t for the rude staff, we would highly recommend. We will not return"

"There only two things that we found Substandard. 1. The bathroom fan was so load, i couldn't turn it on at night or it would wake up my wife. 2. Was related to your phone system. It was very unfriendly and hard to navigate. The AI representative could only answer a few easy questions then would hang up on me. It was very difficult to get a live representative regardless of any option chosen. After multiple tries and being hung up on several tmes I final a human. He had a very thick accent (Indian I think) and he told me I didn't have reservations. I told him my reservation number several times and he got it wrong 3 times. He also told me to my name, credit card last 4.....still I was told I did not have a reservation. I have a very hard time understanding him and he got irritated because I couldn't understand him and asked him to repeat what he had said. The whole reason for the call was to add an additional night! Since he said I didn't have a reservation how could I add to it. I finally got a third party involved (hotels.com) and got everything straightened out. If I have an experience like that again, you have lost a customer that loved the room, the breakfast, and the onsite staff. "

"Was surprised with this hotel having a good rating. The room smelled, there were questionable stains on the floors, and prostitutes walking around the property taking selfie photos."

"There is a $40/day resort fee. Parking mid week is $20/day, weekends $25. Checkout time is 10am. People are trolling the lobby with ipads trying to lure you into their Vacation Club. EV chargers are located only in valet parking which is $35/day. Its all a huge $$ scam. If you look closely, you can find all these extra fees. We are unlikely to be back. "

"We had the best experience staying at the Wynn (Encore) for our 10 year wedding anniversary! The staff was super friendly and handled our requests promptly and with care. We arrived before our check in and the front desk gave us an early pool pass to enjoy the spa and pool amenities. Our room was on the 51st floor. (E5148) - which had beautiful panoramic views and a direct view of the sphere! It was amazing! The room is upgraded, clean, spacious, and very techy! They had automatic lights, drapes, and a tablet that controlled everything even the TV. Alexa was also available to play music at our timing. The bell desk delivered our bags within 15 mins of arriving to our room. They helped us understand the features of our room. We enjoyed a nice dinner at Mizumi. The food was delicious and the staff so impressive! The view of a large waterfall was just the best setting for our special occasion. We enjoyed two breakfasts at the Terrace Cafe - their steak and eggs were soooo good!!! We loved that we got to do so much within the Wynn/Encore hotel property! We even walked from our hotel to see No Doubt at the Sphere. The whole experience was amazing!! Highly recommend. "
