"Zu wenig Personal. Abends nur eine Person die für Bar und Rezeption gleichzeizig zuständig. 20 Minuten am Tresen gestanden um eine Cola zu bekommen. Frühstücksraum zu klein und absolut chaotisch. Keine Butter, keine Eierlöffel. Nichts was ich nochmal haben möchte"
