"Great place to stay with beautiful rooms and all amenities "

"Comfortable bed and quiet rooms. Nice offerings for breakfast for a fee. No coffee in rooms or refrigerator like American hotels. Hotel is U shaped and outdoor space has lounge area for smokers. Inside lobby nicely decorated minimalist modern. 15 minute walk to airport and S-1 trains to Hamburg Hbf central. There is an EDEKA market in airport concourse that has a great assortment of food and necessities; also connected to bakery for sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Other than that and a Starbucks it is a distance to restaurants and 20 minute train ride to city center and port of Hamburg. I would stay here again for ease of location and a quiet safe place"

"Enjoyed our stay. Nice room for price. No breakfast due to renovation work but good with free tea and coffee. Didn’t require any service but room very clean and quiet. Will revisit in the future."

"The room was not ready upon check in and there are no people at the property. Also Hotels.com could not reach the hotel so they moved us to a new hotel. "
