"Clean room and large but breakfast was absolute chaos. The space was far too small for the number of people that were there. You couldn’t move around without bumping into people or have them bump into you. I could sit without people hovering over me and the queue to go and get your own coffee was so long (as it was for the food) that I just gave up and went out for breakfast (effectively paying twice). Extremely poor breakfast experience despite the aesthetics being quite nice and at other times the communal space is very pleasant."

"After a bumpy start at another hotel that was not wheelchair accessible, we checked in at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They set us up with a nice and quiet room and provided parking right out front to ensure we could access our vehicle when we needed it. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but had drinks at the piano bar. It was very relaxing and the drinks were delicious. I highly recommend a stay at this location. It is walking (or wheelchair) distance to all the main things you want to see in the Hamburg city center. I will definitely book here first when we go back. "
