"We booked the house for four nights. Due to arriving at the house late afternoon we had no option but to stay at the house on the first night. We contacted the owner the following morning to advise home that the property was not fit for letting and cancelled the remaining three days. To be frank, one would not stay at the property even if it was free. The property did not present as advertised - in fact it was the polar opposite.
