"They did an amazing job updating this old house. All the rooms are clean and neat, updates everywhere. While North Knoxville isn't a tourist's favorite place, It was still safe and and easy downhill mile walk to Old City. Only drawbacks were the check in process was a little tedious, and the loft room had two full beds rather than a queen(s) (which could fit)"

Bring new to Knoxville, we really appreciated the binder of suggested food and coffee areas as well as recommended local events. We loved the farmer’s market on market square on Saturday morning! This is in a great location and a perfect place for no more than 2-3 people… 7 minutes from UT campus and only a few...

"This cute little ranch is nicely updated inside. My family and I enjoyed our stay while visiting the area. The boys enjoyed the ping-pong table and TV on the lower level. Beds were very comfortable and although we did not cook, the kitchen is super cute! Would stay here again if ever backed down in Knoxville."
