"Really enjoyed my stay here overall. The standout is definitely the staff — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. They made the experience feel personal and easy from start to finish. The location is strong. It’s in a good part of Canggu, close enough to everything you want, but still feels comfortable and accessible. Rooms are a big plus — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed especially stands out, great for a solid night’s sleep. The only downside for me was the breakfast buffet. It doesn’t quite live up to the rating or expectations. A lot of the offerings felt watered down and lacking flavor. I’d recommend skipping it and exploring nearby cafés instead, which are excellent in this area. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Great stay, with just a miss on the breakfast."

"The room was clean and spacious and the air condition worked very well. The staff was always so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was nice- you get to pick 3 things off the breakfast menu ( including your juice- that was a bit confusing at first) Gara (sorry if spelling is wrong) he was always so friendly during breakfast as well as the whole staff. They even brought out a sweet bday plate for me and the whole staff sang happy bday. Thank youuuu Location is great, close yet far from chaos. Lots walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again. "We’ve always liked the IZE chain of hotels in Bali, always in good location and value for money. We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. I was also expecting a parcel to arrive and the staff helped me to receive and hold on to the package while we were away. Really appreciate the service. And love IZE! "
