There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.

This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff. "
