"Staff was really good and helpful. Property needs a repair. Especially the room upstairs had dampness and associated smell. AC wasn’t working well enough as well. The power used to get trip every time, when using devices such as hair dryer . Since the living area is open, there were too many mosquitoes around, maybe due to frequent rain. Since the property is bit inside from the main road and the path leading to property is quite narrow, many times taxis refuse to go inside and we need to walk...

"Our stay at the Akasha Luxury Villas was excellent. Our villa was beautiful and spacious. The staff were very helpful in anything we needed, such as helping us organize transportation and cleaning the rooms each day. There are also many restaurants nearby and it is only a short walk to the beach. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here."
