"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"The Balisani is a lovely hotel our room was fantastic, nice and spacious. Would be great if they had a coffee machine and barista. this was a downfall for us as we would have to walk down to beach or up to main street. Would have been great to have at breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a pleasant walk to main street, and to find other restaurants around and also for shopping. Hotel was great Seminyak just not for me, too busy"

"Very friendly staff, breakfast was great. The gardens were lovely and the whole setting gorgeous. Pool was fantastic and was very well used by our kids. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets and coils put out each evening. Mozzies really werent an issue. Over the road and a.couple of doors down are 2x convience stores with lots of options to eat near by. Batu Belig is a busy street, but you wont have any issues getting transport. At the end of the street is a beach where you could walk to beach...
