This charming property tucked in the heart of Kuta is like a completely different environment. Upon entering, it welcomes you to a very relaxing and peaceful state from the lush and well kept landscaping and foliage up to the quaint and clean room. One night here is definitely not enough.

Poppies is a hidden GEM in Kuta. Adorable and clean and safe and quiet and the people are Lovely. AND the price is reasonable. Strongly recommend! I would love to stay here again.

This classic Kuta hotel is so charming. It is set among the hustle & bustle of the shopping district and a 10 minute walk to the beach. But once you walk through the front gates you are transported to an oasis! Beautiful pool and wonderful staff. Close to DPS airport.

We stayed a night at Poppies and overall it was great. Lovely, super clean pool and bungalow accommodation that is spacious and private. We enjoyed the beautifully manicured gardens and ponds with giant koi and the staff were just terrific. The only criticism we had was that the aircon struggled to keep the bungalow cool. And then, of course, the problem of it being in Kuta which is not the best given the congestion. Overall, though, a nice stay!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful accommodations in the center of the city. It is a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and the beach. The hotel is completely gated in so you don’t hear the noise of city around you. The hotel offers a tranquil resort style villas and pool. The property was clean and offered many services. Staff were very friendly. The air conditioning worked great. The hotel to airport shuttle was perfect for my stay. I had a wonderful, comfortable time here.

Nice beautiful Hotel !!!

Very nice hotel , good location little walk from Kuta Beach . Close to shops and restaurants . Hotels interior and rooms are fantastic , very tropical excellent experience.Everything is great in hotel side of things, only negative side is breakfast which is served in outside hotel restaurant or served in the room; it is very limited with little options to choose from. They wont even give one extra tea bag, lady in-charge said that they will charge for it , service is not friendly definately not with smile in restaurant !!

Location not bad even need quite a few minutes walk out the small lane. Nice and beautiful environment. Most staff are good! The only problem is: the house keeper said she threw away shiseido face cleasimg foam which I uss every day but Inowhere to buy atound …the food in the restaurant was not fresh , .

Super Hotel und sehr ruhig ( hatte Room 20) inmitten des quirligen Kuta-Viertels. Eine Oase der Erholung sowie man das Hotel betritt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Besonders hervorheben ist der etwas naturalistische gestaltete Pool, die perfekte Erfrischung für die oft heiße Mittagszeit.

ホテルまでの道が狭く、出かけた帰りは手前で降ろしてもらい歩きました。大通りまでは徒歩5分くらいなので苦ではありません。スタッフさんも明るく、優しく接してくれました。とても良いホテルです。お世話になりました。

We stayed at Poppies one night before our flight out of Bali and wish we could have stayed longer! It is a lovely oasis in the middle of bustling Kuta. Our cottage was larger and more well-appointed than expected, especially for the price. Highly recommend!

Amazing and we will be back. Super friendly, true Bali vibes and some super cute little retro details! The pool is gorgeous! Not too warm, relaxing and just beautiful. The gardens, bridges and little statue pigs are just so lovely and a more traditional old Bali which I miss. Room is super cute, the library is hilarious watch for the cat sunbathing on top! Overall it’s clear it was built super well and is very well priced for the atmosphere and services, the airport pickup was really appreciated! My only nit pick was we didn’t love the food, not bad but just not amazing. Well priced but maybe stick to the local Bali menu if you’re used to western food.

Oasis hidden in Kuta

Poppies was truly a pleasant surprise! We were looking for a place to stay just for a night before travelling the next day, but we wished we booked more nights! The green oasis was a relaxing getaway from the busy streets of Kuta.
