"Our room was amazing and spacious and the view was SO beautiful!! Your housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful and kept our room fresh and clean every day!! Your repair maintenance man carried a new TV to our room when it didn't work and replaced it. Your bartenders and food staff go above and beyond to make sure that we eat well and stay hydrated!! The food is amazing and the selection is delicious, from the fish tacos, hamburgers, and cheesy fries, to the amazing breakfast buffet, and Asian and Italian night options!! The coffee shop made waking up just that much better!! The Altitude special service area was an extra perk!! It made us feel very special!! The infinity pool and entertainment staff truly made special memories for us!! Water aerobics, foam party, bingo, pool volleyball, aqua Zumba, the dancers, karaoke, and the view of the ocean was amazing!! I want to tell you that your staff is truly your greatest strength!! When the events that happened on Sunday took place, your staff had to deal with so much more chaos, but they came through it with grace and understanding and I have never felt more safe!! They worked through it all on a skeleton crew but they did it together and it really showed!! They pivoted and provided their best with who and what they had to work with and we were able to continue with our vacation without too much disruption. Thank you for helping make our vacation so memorable and special!!"

"Rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and fantastic. Always willing to help! Lots of activities. Food was really good for an all inclusive hotel. We were there during the El Mencho cartel crisis and while the hotel was a bit short staffed, we always felt safe."

"The resort was great! Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great restaurants. Mario at the omelette station was such a friendly face every morning and he makes a delicious omelette. The only downside was the fact that the Buffett was not open several days of the week for dinner."

"We were stranded here after the troubles in Peurto Vallarta, we were staying in Bucerias but our boat had to drop us off at the marina here, we had nothing with us so we’re very thankful to be able to get a room "

"This is our 4th or 5th time at this property. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. The porters at the front of the property take good care of your bags and are super knowledgeable. The front desk staff work hard to accommodate room requests. The food at the restaurants is overall good quality. Amalfi will always be our favourite for quality and food selection. The asian restaurant was very tasty and the staff very accommodating. The (for purchase) steak at La Pergola was delicious and well prepared. The octopus was also a very interesting dish that you wouldn't normally expect. Very tasty. We also enjoyed breakfast as well as the changing dinner menu at the buffet. We did miss the homemade guacamole that was more prevalent the last few times we were there. The morning outdoor coffee bar featured a choice of coffee/tea or mimosas or a lovely bloody mary - with glasses that were pre-rimmed with Taijin. Yum. Much appreciated. The outdoor Mexican dinner surpassed expectations. The menu is varied and very good. The following entertainment with the 11 piece mariachi band and regional dance show was great. Lots of beautiful, clean pools to choose from. Thank you, Marival!"
