Smell of cigarette smoke in the room and corridors, lots of slamming doors in the middle of the night and the sound of endless building noise / drilling made this a less than ideal stay. Breakfast is basic, room amenities are sub par, room cleanliness was OK, but not terribly clean. Wouldn’t stay again as not worth it for the price "

"A beautiful building in a wonderful location. Right in the heart of the old town. The room was a good size with all mod cons. It had a little Juliet balcony which was a nice touch. The receptionist was extremely pleasant on our arrival. They kindly stored our bags as we arrived earlier than check in. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop. It’s perfect for unwinding and enjoying the view. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Nice clean boutique hotel. Great location adjacent the city botanic garden. Sometimes noisy by walking traffic or kids playing. The church next door had bells ringing for nearly 30 minutes on Sunday morning. It could use and there is signage of and renovation/update. Bathroom lighting is not good for face mirror usage. "
