"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and friendly, the towels and shower are luxurious, the bed is so comfortable, you can set the temperature of the room to whatever you want. The soaps, shampoos and conditioners smell wonderful and fresh. The room is quiet. I wish this was an international chain. I would stay here everywhere. If I ever come back, I will stay here again. "

"Our stay at the hotel was simply excellent. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always happy to help with a smile. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel facilities were also very well maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from and definitely exceeded our expectations. The only thing we would have appreciated in the room was a kettle with coffee and tea. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."
