The service offered by everybody was really good and Cesar met all our expectations and more. Jose Enrique Herrero and Monica create an unique experience for our first visit to this hotel. "Clean, modern, comfortable hotel near the heart of old town Valencia. The staff were all warm, welcoming, and helpful. This was our favorite hotel of our entire european vacation. Breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the laundry service. We had a great stay."

"Good location and very clean. Only problem is the walls aren’t very soundproofed so you can hear the street at night but this wasn’t a major issue. It would also be good to have a kettle as well as a coffee maker with decent sized cups for tea as the espresso cups are far too small."

"Room was spacious and had a newly renovated Bathroom. The room itself was old and had old furniture that was not attractive. The lighting controls were not easy to figure out… The hotel is well located with parking attached, and many restaurants and bars walking distance."

"The hotel was superb. A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Just minutes from the Plaza de la Reina and within walking distance of all the main sights and just a 10 minute taxi ride to the beach. But also super quiet as in a little side road set back from the main hubbub. The room was one of the best we have stayed in. It was so big and the facilities were excellent (large comfortable bed, super comfortable pillows, even had a small kitchen area). The breakfast selection was small but of high quality and everything you need (cooked hot breakfast choices plus a selection of patisserie cakes and yoghurt and cereals as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and barrister style coffee). I would not hesitate to recommend and would most definitely stay at the hotel again. Plus you can use the facilities of their sister hotel which is just 5 mins away and has a small roof top pool and bar with great views"

"The staff were very helpful although there was confusion regarding breakfast. Upon check in we were told it was included. But when we went to the restaurant the next morning we were told it wasn’t. When we asked the lady on the front desk (who told us it was included on check in) her response was pretty frosty and unhelpful. Perhaps it was a language issue. But just a little embarrassing as we were made to feel uncomfortable in the middle of restaurant and front desk while trying to sort out the confusion."

"Room was very clean and a good size. Not much natural light with it being an interior room but as I was out most of the day that wasn’t a problem. All staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was nice, though was shut one of the days I was there. Breakfast was good and served quick but a few items I was told were printed on the menu by mistake so less choice than I thought. "
