"Staff pleasant, but hotel was incredibly noisy. Traffic noise, airplanes (which is to be expected so close to airport, I suppose), doors slamming and guests being very noisy in the courtyard late into the night. Bed was a bit hard. Sleep was not easy."

"One gentleman was friendly at the desk along with the chamber maid. The other ladies at the front desk were unfriendly. The clothes steamer was not functional and the one we were offered as a replacement also broken. We were impressed by the tidyness and space in the room. Nice location with many restaurants and views of the modern Arts and Science District."

"Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose."
