"Hands free check in was so easy and smooth, not having to arrange times, update on journey, could make our own way without time limits, and didnt have to find people after arriving was really nice. The apartment was decorated lovely and absolutely perfect for short and longer stays. Modern, clean, cosy. Annabel thought of everything we could of needed to just start enjoying our stay right away. "The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive. "First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. "The Description/pictures do not do justice to the property. The property was clean and spacious for 3, well equipped with all your essential needs. Communication with the host was wonderful. (The enticing fact of your own pool was amazing, the fact it was ICE cold was not so enticing). Overall rating for this property is Outstanding and we would stay here again ."

De paar nadelen is de buurt het is een soort achterstandswijk van Valencia. Dat vind ik wel eng in het begin vooral omdat de jongeren vooral in de buurt van de woning aan het hangen zijn .Ook vonden we het best eng om onze auto buiten te parkeren in de straat. "Folks at reception (Alejandro, Daniela, Valentina) are outstanding. Kitchen, bedroom, living room are great. Bathroom has a few issues: faucet is very short, showerhead waterpressure low, and the hot water tank is tiny. More than two people can’t shower in a row, you’ll run out of hot water."

"Amazing experience with family (2 kids and 2 adults). Check in experience was amazing as Host stayed in touch through WhatsApp and provided all the help that we need (even the local info about transport etc). Sent a message about extra items and they were delivered right away. Apartment and building both are very modern with top class cleaning. As a family, we felt very safe and enjoyed the location as it was very central. Would highly recommend for families and couples. "
