We loved the wonderful staff and amazing pools. The rooms were great and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We found that a lot of bars and restaurants were closed for the summer holiday but as long as you check ahead of time and reserve as we learned to do, you avoid any disappointment. We absolutely loved it and hope to be back.

Fantastic stay from check in to check out. Staff are exceptional throughout the hotel. Facilities are exceptional, spa well worth a visit. Pool areas, gardens lounge areas are spotlessly clean and constantly maintained. Rooms and room service are superb. Towels,toiletries refreshed daily. View over the gardens to the beach are wonderful. Very quiet in the evenings. Security staff carry out routine rounds through the corridor areas and reception is always covered by Security. Continental Breakfast to the room was outstanding. Fresh fruit, fresh coffee, toasts, pastries and fresh orange juice. We can't praise this stay any higher. It exceeded our expectations.

The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit, making us feel truly pampered. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect oasis of comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings with the exceptional breakfast buffet, which featured an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options. A five star experience in a hotel that is spotless and comfortable. The pool is enormous and sunbeds plentiful. The beach is spacious and cleaned daily. If we go back to València then we will definately stay here.
