"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet paid separately than the room. Super great staff! The only negative was the parking!! Someone hit my passenger mirror. Parking spots are very tight!"

"On the night we checked into the room we were assigned was not cleaned at all. The staff at the desk handled the situation nicely and got us a clean room. The general appearance of the inside of the hotel was well worn. Some wallpaper was peeling carpet was heavily stained. This was both in the general areas as well as in the hotel rooms. The breakfast offered was minimal, but was sufficient. The hotel pool area was well maintained and was very enjoyable. Access to the parking lot was easy and there was no trouble finding a parking spot. Hopefully they are able to find a way to update the interior of the hotel to match what the pictures look like on the website. All of the staff that I interacted with were very nice and helpful."

"Our room was dirty, clothes left hanging in closet, couch was ripped, toilet paper holder broken, and last but not least the pull out bed was bent so leaned to the foot of the bed. The pool was ok. Water was cold, floor really slick. And never any towels. Had to ask at the front desk everytime we went swimming. Breakfast was ok as well. Low food all three times and no napkins. The juices were really watered down. The front desk was very nice the first night. But got kinda snippy the more we went to the desk. Which i get to a point. But when we need things we kinda have to. It was definitely a cheap stay and you get what you pay for. "

"Doors didn't work. Our ice bucket had a cigarette butt in it. Breakfast was some link sausage, hot hard boiled eggs (in shell) & French fries (yes actually French fries)"

"Place was clean and smelled good. Staff were nice & helpful. WIFI worked well. The place could use some TLC. The toilet in my room rocked forward when you sat down. Also, bed was very hard. If that is your type of mattress, you’ll love it."

"Room was nice, shower was dripping and eh just wasn’t that great but the hotel itself is nice. They do have on-site parking which is nice it’s $34 overnight which in any city is totally acceptable. Could hear people thru the walls tho.. no free breakfast but bar/kitchen service. Highly suggest not booking thru a third party app bc then none of your Hilton honors info uploads and the staff acts super confused and you can’t change anything on your reservation if you pre pay but it’s an okay place. "

"The hotel is such a unique concept. There were just a few details that were off about the stay, especially for the price of the hotel. We had a distinct cut in our comforter, makeup stains on the robes provided, and a makeup mirror that ran out of batteries. The construction in front of the hotel makes it hard to find a spot to park and we had to use Valet but that was okay! Overall the hotel was gorgeous and we would stay again for a special occasion"
