I didnt like that fitness space was only ope. 9am to 8pm. Fitness center had decent equipment for the hotel rating. They have a good pool for younger kids the 2ft-3ft section was quite large! The was a roach found in the room. not clean floors. I cleaned the light switches with just water because they were sticky the white paper turned brown after cleaning. Cleaning wasn't a priority. Hotel just needs maintained wall paper falling down, ceiling repairs needed.

The room had a crisp coolness to it. Everything was perfectly place and organized and ready for use. It had a small table to set in front of the cozy couch for tv watching enjoyment. The bed was pillowy like a cloud and comfortable. The bathroom had a tub shower combo. Overall the room was like the picture and definitely easy to sleep in and use for a restful relaxing night

Nice lobby and very comfortable beds. This property hasn’t been updated since it was a Crowne Plaza many years ago. Area around the AC unit has chipped plaster. One of the hallways was blocked off so I’m not even sure if the pool was open. Stayed here before but not coming back.

Would have liked hot water for my shower! It did get up to lukewarm. I am sure that helps conserve water. The pool was delightful. The air conditioning in the room was good, not so much in the lobby. This was obviously once a very nice hotel. It is currently maintained to adequate standards and was priced accordingly. So it worked well enough for us.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staffer I dealt with did not speak English, so getting her to understand what I needed was difficult. Room had several conspicuous carpet stains/burns around the room (230). Toilet was unreliable flushing. Parking was sufficient and well lit. Air conditioning and TV worked nicely. Ice machine on ground floor was inoperable.

I felt like there were plenty of things to offer. In the hotel there was a little shop, you also were a short drive away from so much. The bed was amazing and the tv worked perfectly. Could have been a little cleaner in the lobby, but my room was clean.

My family stayed from Saturday into Monday in two rooms. I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was absolutely PHENOMENAL and beyond helpful (didn't get her name). We arrived on Saturday right before 3pm (check in) and got checked in super quickly. The issues started once we got to the rooms, the hotel was practically a mess due to construction ( no issues there, didn't really affect our stay) both rooms had tons of gross looking stains all over the carpets, neither room had hot water ( woman at front desk helped the most she could by giving us an empty room to shower in) then the internet was spotty at best and then totally went out for close to 12 hours. one of the rooms completely filled with marijuana smoke (woman at front desk was super helpful here too. and went to investigate where smell was coming from) the pool that they heavily advertised was closed and the gym was taped off. the breakfast consisted of soggy fries, hard sausage, yogurt and stale cereal. Both rooms had exposed wires from the air conditioners with a makeshift wood board under it to try to hide wires, holes in the walls and stained pillows and blankets, sticky desk and tables.

We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it smelled. Anywho, by the time we got to our room it was 10pm. Upon entry, we saw a circular spot on the carpet (assuming from animal based on odor), dirty towels hanging from the shower curtain rod, a tick on the bathroom floor, and visible stains on the bedding (leave that to your imagination). We have a two year old and I’m 9 months pregnant, we decided to stay. When I awoke in the morning (4:30a) I attempted to take a shower, there was no hot water. I went downstairs a bit after 5 to speak with the clerk who stated the water heater was down last night. Then he had me speak with a “long term” tenant who said it had actually been down for 3 days. There was no estimated time for this being fixed. When I came back down around 8:30 it was a different clerk and he said it had been down since yesterday afternoon. When I asked why we were not notified of this upon checkin, he began stating how this has been an inconvenience for him. There was no resolution until others complained.

One of the worst breakfast setups we have seen. Scrambled eggs the first day were discolored and rubbery. Second day was hard-boiled which was better. Danishes were still in the plastic containers from where they were purchased, Plasticware was presented with the eating part up, so everyone's fingers touched that part of them. Waffles were good, protein just needs attention. First morning, there was no hot water for half of the hotel. Was a big inconvenience, but the staff quickly found an alternate room for us that morning. Lobby HVAC was not working and luckily, the mornings were cooler than normal.
