We waited for over an hour to get washcloths and they did nothing when called about the tv not working. Also when we checked in they wanted to put us in a room that we had not booked.

Omaha Visit

The staff was cordial. There plants, potting soil in the entry, and laundry in the dining area with dog/cat food in the dining area. Still, there was a good selection of breakfast items. Bathroom in room was not so good. Sticky floor, torn shower curtain that had been taped up, stained tub, and the door didn't close. Bed comfortable. I might suggest they move the dog and cat food out of the dining room, and get rid of the laundry. Parking no issues.

The lobby area was badly decorated, rather unattractive and not welcoming. The room was not as clean as it should have been, with a dirty carpet and dust on the furniture. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room had a microwave and refrigerator, which was appreciated. The curtains did little to block out the lights at night, but the hotel was quiet and on our side of the hotel we didn't hear any traffic.

I don't get shocked easily, but...

I could not believe this place. From the incredibly rude staff to the condition of our room, the vibe was off the second we got there. There was an unmistakable human fluid stain on the top comforter of our bed that management said was fine being there, but refused to give us a different room. Blood stains on the sheets, blood splatter on the side table. Management then forced the housekeeper to come to the lobby and "explain herself." This poor lady did nothing wrong, her Management refused to give her new sheets to use. Never staying in a Super 8 again, I've learned my lesson. Pay a little more, stay somewhere that cares.

We go to checkin and find out we had to have q deposit for a nonsmoking room. Nowhere on the site said that. Then we get to our room and just looked blah, we didnt even hqve pillow cases for our pillows

The room was very dirty and smelly. There was a moldy biscuit in the bin for breakfast. Bathroom walls were dirty and had holes and chipped paint. Pillows and towels were stained and gross. People drinking and grilling in the parking lot by the side door from 10 am until midnight. Made it very uncomfortable to walk by to get to the door.

This property was filthy. Bugs crawling out my sink. I didn’t get any towels. Rooms don’t get cleaned and management says it’s because their staff will steal from customers. I canceled my reservation and left early. It was awful.

The owners were very nice. The place was not well maintained. Linens and towels were worn and dirty and sanitary practices were not followed during the breakfast time. For $250 per night, I was stunned at the quality. I suspect that was their rate during the College World Series and not their normal rate.

For the 200 paid stay it wasn't worth it when hotel room was maybe worth 80. People above were stomping in room n kids running back and forth in the am hours.

You are getting exactly what you pay for. The service at the front desk was nice, but the inside is covered in bugs, scuff marks, and dirt. While my time was short and building was quite, smoke filled the air and the cleanliness made me check out early.
