"Stayed for two nights and everything was excellent, the safe was very friendly and helpful, I had my elderly dog with me and staff made sure I had a ground floor room so she wouldn’t have to walk far etc, I loved they closed the doors to the lobby for quite hours. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me).
