Amazing location!! It’s apartment style which was great for my husband and i as we have a four month old. Patriss was amazing and upgraded our room so little one could have his own space and we were very comfortable. Would come here again and highly recommend!

Location was great, easy to park a car (city so of course daily parking fee), clean in the commons area. Room was wonderful- we had a corner room so large and loved the separate bedroom from living room which was great for work meetings. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

My sister and I stayed in the suite which gave us plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room nor did we spend much time in the hotel, but from what we observed, we would definitely stay here again.

The room was very well maintained and clean. It had its own whole kitchen which was amazing. The bathroom was kind of small but it was tolerable for me and my friend. It was kind of pricey for the room we got. Staff was very helpful I would come back to this place!

Great downtown Grand Rapids location. Loved loved loved the room! Mini kitchen is helpful addition. Super comfy bed and pillows! Spent some time at the rooftop bar, relaxing. Superb complimentary breakfast with amazing chicken tinga breakfast burritos, chia pudding with a buffet of toppings, fresh fruit…it had it all. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the staff, free breakfast, the amenities. Was there for my wedding weekend. The room was huge and able to fit all of our boxes for the big day. Convenient location. Room was quiet and just what we needed for an extended weekend. Couldn't have picked a better property. Thanks to the staff- specifically Zach for upgrading us, we would have had a tight squeeze with my original booked room. It helped everything run more smoothly for the wedding and I appreciate it greatly!

Everything was great. The only issue is if you want to eat after 9pm, the connecting restaurant closes at 9 every night. Room, pool and property were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. The rooftop bar/patio was a very nice bonus.
