It was really an excellent stay... we had originally chosen this property because we heard about the great location, wonderful breakfast in the pool,/hot tub area. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay- but honestly, the great shower in the room almost made up for it. We will definitely return anytime. We are staying overnight in the Grand Rapids area.. staff was wonderful in the restaurants and in the hotel.

Loved my room, the breakfast was incredible, the happy hour drinks were fun, staff were wonderful and seemed to enjoy working there. My only complaint is that it's super lame that I still had to pay for parking as a guest at the hotel.

Would have been an awesome stay other than the fighting all night on our floor. It was New Year's Eve so we expected some noise but not a fight that required security and eventually police to be involved. The grandsons loved the pool, hot tub and breakfast. Would recommend on any "normal" night.
