This was our first time to the Grand Rapids area and I picked the is hotel not knowing what to expect. The staff was unbelievably amazing! Bobbi Jo and her afternoon staff greeted us each day like we were friends! Helped us with accommodations we needed for a wheelchair. Breakfast was perfect for a quick meal before we got going in the am. While the property itself is older and could use thing like new carpet and a paint job, all in all a great experience!!
