"We had a very enjoyable holiday here. House very well equipped, everywhere very clean. Good outside table for eating our breakfast and also for BBQ’s in the garden. We hired bikes for the week, so excellent location for this as house is minutes from bike path and then a lovely 10-15-minute cycle alongside the lake into Annecy also of course plenty of space in garden to keep the bikes. It was helpful to receive prior to our holiday from Tatiana information about the area. Excellent boulangerie 5...

"La maison était parfaite pour organiser un séjour familial, les instructions d'arrivées étaient claires en revanche pas d'état des lieux ni à l'arrivée ni au départ (nous avons attendu le jour du départ pour voir si quelqu'un viendrait mais non, et ce malgré une demande de la conciergerie de partir à 10h). La maison est propre mais abîmée par endroits d'où l'étonnement de non état des lieux entre locataires. Enfin nous avons regretté que la cuisine ne soit pas plus fonctionnelle pour une famille...
