"Great spa and staff where great - very helpful 3 minute walk to gondola ! "

"The check was very easy, they even let us check in a few hours early. The hotel was lovely and clean, the lamp in the room didn’t work but plenty of other lights, the tv wouldn’t connect to the internet so could only watch French tv. Spa area was lovely and relaxing after a busy day skiing. We had one free access per booking so definitely made use of it. The breakfast was brilliant. Hot and cold buffet breakfast so great start to the day. Location of hotel was perfect, not too far from all the lifts. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but the bar area was very nice and all the staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely come again. "

"Good parking, downhill walk to go skiing, staff helpful and friendly. Only spoiled by noisy people above singing and stomping feet to singing at 11pm at night and talking very loudly at midnight with chairs being scraped and kids running around on wooden floors, also men talking very loudly at lifts/in corridor in early hours of morning several times waking everyone up leaving us all tired on following days. "

"First class hotel-friendly and helpful staff. Spacious modern rooms. Excellent spa and ski hire on site. Afternoon coffee and cakes a nice surprise. Morning transfer to slopes a real bonus as is bus stop right outside hotel for return after day on the slopes. Would recommend the hotel for a stay in La Clusaz"

"Wonderful Hotel,I really enjoyed my stay. Professional and courteous staff. Great location to the Village and slopes. Perfect for families with pool, jacuzzi and billiards. They say they speak English, but not that I saw. It was not an issue. "
