"My room was not made up so after several phone calls they switched me to another room. My only issue was that they directed me to an unsecured closet with keys to every room in an unsecured key box. Very unsafe anyone could have accessed it and have access to any room. Also not able to communicate well in English "

Work is being done to the roof a crane was out side the balcony and if in the UK would not have passed a health and safety inspection . "We stayed at VVF Residence Plagne 1800 Paradiski from 23.03.2023 - 27.03.2023. Our flight was delayed on arrival so we didn't get to the hotel until 11pm. We received an email with instructions that our keys would be in the safe in the hotel building. When we found our keys it said we were in a different building, we had booked ski in/ski out because we wanted ski in/ski out. There was a 'map' in the envolope however this was not a map it was just a illustration of the two buildings next to one...
