"The room was in a generally poor state - there were no proper blinds, just a light voile, so there was no way to darken the room. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. "The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...
