"The staff is very rude and disrespectful rooms dirty housekeepers doesn't come towels dirty Linen on the bed was dirty parking area had homeless people just people hanging out it's not safe it's not well lit up in the parking lot the only good thing about this place was the breakfast that's it that's all they're overpriced and overrated terrible stay will not recommend to anyone"

"I love this place. I will definitely come back and make it my base whenever I come back to Kansas City the staff was beautifully friendly from the first day. I needed to check in early no problems very accommodating. The staff has been excellent. I had a long stay since I was moving, and I cannot tell you how wonderful this place has been. It has allowed me to be very relaxed and at peace during a very chaotic time in my life thank you"

"appreciated the room - no carpet & floors appeared clean, no dust along the baseboards, etc. King bed was comfy with a choice of pillows. Front desk was awesome in the morning and I really appreciated the airport shuttle. The evening check in employee said they require 24 hour notice for shuttle service, but the morning clerk said that is not the case. (Regardless, you might want to mention the need for shuttle from or to the airport when making your reservation.) only drawback was the lack of protein options at the complimentary breakfast...had assorted cold cereals, instant oats, waffles, muffins, bagels, juice, milk, coffee, but if you eat keto, you wont find anything that fits your eating plan."

"For me it was a five-star hotel because they had scrambled eggs, it's one of the few foods left that I can eat. Outside of that it was pretty good. The carpeting in our room where the carpet met the bathroom tile was frayed, something sharp poked my foot a couple of times, so the housekeeper just gave me an extra hand towel to put there so I didn't cut my foot. (Room 204). So it needs some updates. I was a little annoyed at the front desk staff, more than one, who were on their personal phones, so didn't catch that someone was at the front desk until I was tapping my card on the desk. I thought that was rude. But all in all I would stay there again!"

"Room was nice and clean, plenty of clean towels. Beds were very nice to sleep on. Could have used another blanket. Breakfast was nice and hot. Scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, link sausage. Would have liked some potatoes. Every thing was really nice. Great parking also. Would stay here next year also. Right down the street from the auto swap meet."

"It was a great time, my granddaughter had the best time and that's what's important. Build a bear great staff and very helpful but should have been more clear about the fee bear with the paw passes! Food prices a bit high but not bad enough wouldn't stay again. "
