This was our first time staying with Hyatt Place. We were very pleased. Clean rooms, lots of space, and a very friendly staff. We will make it a regular stop on our way from Colorado to all points abroad. I highly recommend Hyatt Place.

There was no hot water in the sink and the shower was just warm enough to not freeze.
The hvac heater temp seemed to be off - at 60 degrees we got so hot in the room that we had to turn it off.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Clean room, good breakfast. Had issues checking in, they had to go find someone to work the front desk after waiting 10 minutes. Also, we did not have room cleaning for a 3 night stay.
we were on multi day road trip and very relieved to find our stay so CLEAN and comfortable!

Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and stocked. Location was highly convenient to highway system, restaurant options and shopping options. Only negative was the loudness of heater coming on and off. Enjoyed our stay and would gladly return with ear plugs.
