"Booked the apartment for a short stay. Good communication from the owner with entry instructions, good directions. It is obvious that the apartment sees a lot of footfall being very close to the seafront of the north bay, but it offered everything needed for the stay; very comfortable, clean furnishings; ample clean towels and bedding; nice clean kitchen with breakfast bar; good sized fridge freezer; washing machine. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean, and warm. I didn't need parking so unsure...

"Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"When staying at this accommodation they did offer clear instructions on how to find and where to park, The apartment was clean and spacious, However we found that you could not use both showers at the same time which wasnt acceptable when this place wasnt cheap , Why have two showers if this is the case, We also found that two of the windows were broken so we were unable to closes these at night and with the busy nightlife outside we had a restless night, We also found the bedding to be poor...

"Treetops is the most stunning apartment in a wonderful location minutes away from the centre of Alnwick. Everything you need is in the apartment. We really appreciated the goodies welcome pack and the cleaning welcome pack.The only downside was the apartment was cold - the heating does not appear to be adequate even if turned up although using the gas fire made a difference to the kitchen/ dining /seating area. Easy parking in an allocated space. We would definitely stay again. KE"
