"This was one of my, if not my best hotel experience ever. The hotel itself is extraordinary, the architecture drips with tropical beauty, and the rooms represent the height of evolution. "The real difference between this property and any other in Singapore is the staff. They are sensational! From the bell boys at the front right up to the staff in the lounge we were always greeted with a warm welcome and they went out of their way every time to make us feel special.
