Excellence exuded from every aspect of this grand hotel. From the soaring tree-like buttress that holds up one corner of the open concept second floor to the sweeping water features that shimmer and reflect the excuisite beauty of the mirrored sky-high ceiling . But the jewel in the crown of this hotel is their staff who were friendly, ,gracious and so very helpful . Five stars ! Bravo !

The room was excellent and the views were spectacular. Swimming pool was fantastic and the best way to start your day. Hotel was very accommodating with a very early check-in and late check-out. Lobby barman Fahma was very welcoming and may is feel at home. Loved the relaxed atmosphere at the hotel.

Really good hotel - love the forest / eco concept, esp the balconies. Would stay here again even though rooms are a bit small. Things to improve on: Water pressure in shower not great. Spa doesn’t have a sauna or steam room which is disappointing. There was a foul smell of vomit in the hallway outside my room.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard over the NYE period. Staff members were helpful and greetings in and out of the hotel. Upon checkout, the gentlemen who served us didn’t ask how was our stay. The room we stayed in was nicely designed but very small for what I expected. The room temperature was very cold and damp during our stay. We have tried to adjust the air conditioning temp but it will only allow us to adjust it to 26deg and it still felt very cold. Pillows weren’t very comfortable. Showers suddenly drops to cold water. Thanks

Wonderful near-new hotel with beautifully styled well appointed rooms and a lovely pool. Our only (slight) grizzle is that being set a block back from Orchard Road means the walk to the MRT is not as simple as it can be at other hotels. It took us a few trips to work out the best route.
