My stay at this hotel was perfect. My stay here was so comfortable that I thoroughly enjoyed my Singapore business trip. I wanted the laundry area. There is no public laundry equipment room in the hotel building. However, the hotel's laundry service is nice because it returns the next day.

small sized room for a location that is not too near city. carpark was ten percent full but they charge 8 dollars per exit ticket. overall low value compared to other hotels which could be newer and better located. this is more for worker bees who work in science park.

Stayed for 7 nights and 8 days. Although the facility is old, the room was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping was attentive, cleaning the room while I was out. A shopping center is within a five-minute walk, so meals and shopping were convenient. One minor downside was that sounds from the hallway or neighboring rooms could sometimes be heard.

The hotel is ideal for anyone planning a longer stay in Singapore as the room has a small functional kitchenette with full sized refridgerator and washer/dryer combo. The Bueno Vista MRT station is nearby as well as, The Star Vista and Rochester Malls offering offering over a dozen resturaunts and bars within 200 metres of the hotel.

Extremely convenient location for food shopping, dining and mass transit access. With a slightly longer walk there is access to a wider range of shopping, restaurants and of course, a Singapore Hawker Center food court and wet market (go in the morning). The outstanding Singapore Botanical Gardens are only four stops away on the next door MRT. The hotel was excellent with wonderful staff who really seemed to care about their guests. Our room was an executive apartment with a separate bedroom, bathroom and living area. The kitchen is sufficently equiped to cook a full meal. The hotel has a reasonable size swimming pool on the fourth floor which is supplied with plenty of towels, hot showers and table and chairs. Overall we were extremely pleased with our choice of hotel and will certainly stay there again next time we are in Singapore.

The front desk staff is excellent. The room is too small to e functional. No space for luggage. The room was not clean when I checked in and I had to get house keeping to come in and clean the room. Surprising for Singapore.

The room was good. Housekeeping was very helpful in finding us an electrical plug adapter. Front desk was also helpful. We enjoyed watching a lightning storm from the huge windows in our room.
