Staff were extremely helpful when checking in - navigating local transportation and our universal studios trip. My favorite part was the on site massage salon that offered in room services. "Really enjoy the modern feel of this hotel. It's clean, has great amenities, outstanding staff. And it's attached to a Yodobashi department store with many restaurants in the building. Osaka station and the subway are a few minutes walk to get anywhere in the city. The Airport Limo bus terminal is across the street."
