"Michael at check-in helped us upgrade our room to a partial ocean view for a modest fee. Thank you, Michael! The hot tub needed cleaning. I was told it had been drained and filled twice. I noted that I have a hot tub at home, and the quality of water I saw in the hotel hot tub would clog the filters and that it was not clean. The front desk lady started she was looking into it [improving the cleanliness]. Kids were still playing in the pool well after the 10 p.m. last call for kids to exit the pool. Some parents continued staring at their phones rather than parenting and following directions. Loved having a large kitchenette in the room. Although this hotel is under renovation for another year, the construction did not distract from having a good time!"

"Didn't use hottube or swimming pool. Room was vary clean but old, concrete was cracked and dip in walkways, but crue was great very nice and a pleasure to talk to."

"We always love staying here when we come to Lincoln City. Not only is it always clean, the views are amazing, staff goes above and beyond, they’re super pet friendly with little welcome bag dog treats and a perfect pet relief turfed area and the pool is always clean which is a plus! "

"Don't judge a book by it's cover..... this place looks like an old motel BUT the room was really nice and views AMAZING!!!! Definitely recommend it. "
