Location wise, great! Driving up to it, it’s a quite worn down on the outside, but clean! Beds were nice, bathrooms clean okay…outside balcony very worn down. It worked for us, we needed a place to sleep for one night to go fishing early in the morning the next day, again location is great and has a nice view of the harbor area! I would stay there again!

The room was nice and remodeled and very spacious with a nice balcony to sit on. We enjoyed the table to play games on as well. It’s obviously an older hotel but pretty well maintained. The breakfast was good and the price was pretty good.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, particularly one staff member named Jane who worked at the desk. It was very busy when we were checking in but remained pleasant and worked very efficiently to get everyone checked it. The beds were comfy, nice view with private balcony and a great breakfast! Great place to stay!!

Best part is the location, right at the Marina, so spectacular views, also easy access to the Riverwalk. It's an older property but well maintained and extremely clean. Toilet kept switching on and off (needs a new flapper?) and bent screen door let the flies in but maintenance had already gone home so made due. Overall an excellent stay!

Not a bad hotel. It smells like the Ocean and Fish, but you ARE right on the marina. The deck overlooking the Marina is great. Spent evenings watching the fishing boats come in. Beds were super comfortable. It’s right on the Riverwalk so easily walkable to restaurants. Not the most modern or well kept up place, but for the $ I think it’s a pretty good value
