"The breakfast area is very small and congested. The food runs out quickly, it's also microwaved food. The room is as expected. We got a room with a stove included, the stove did not work. The indoor pool is very small and not heated well. The outdoor pool is unheated but clean. The lazy river is very small and more suited just for children. Overall the staff was very kind. "

"Only disappointment was , hot tub was not hot, or warm. Morning staff was particularly excellent, as was the overall condition of all amenities and the facility."

"Staff was really accommodating! Had to do a room swap due to two seperate reservations. They had my room ready almost six hours before check-in. Nice place!"

"We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. We were there for only one more night so I was unable to use the pool or the balcony due to the noise. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and no pool. Very disappointed. We went through Expedia so they could do nothing. I went through Expedia and get a small credit as compensation which I appreciated, drove to Myrtle Beach from Buffalo NY for a pool weekend and the beach view. Was not happy."

"The breakfast menu was good. The air conditioning was noisy but did keep the room cool. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "
