"We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. Serveral people were fishing from the deck. It's a reasonably short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and an arcade along the way. The bathroom floorplan was peculiar, with three doors, but met our needs. Beds were comfortable."

"Had a problem at check in. Wrong door code was provided in four different text messages. Fortunately host called me right away with the correct code. "

"The hotel wasn't actually a Holiday Inn Express, but was actually a Comfort Inn & Suites. The beds collapsed if I sat on the edge, the carpets were stained and disgusting, the spa tub had no faucet and could not be used, the breakfast was subpar, and the pool was closed which was probably because the water was green. The staff was helpful and friendly, it was fairly quiet except for the barking dog down the hall, and the A/C did work pretty well."

"Oceanside Village is a gated community . It is a peaceful, family friendly place. The pools, hot tub, and kids water play area were a hit with my family. Within walking distance to the beach. Our host Salty Santa is a wealth of knowledge on restaurants. We had a fantastic time. Definitely would stay here again."
