Nice patio area for your coffee in the mornings and games at night. Michael was very attentive and easy to get ahold of if anything is needed. Looking forward to staying here again. "

"Overall great stay! Place is right on the pacific beach boardwalk, can’t get better with the location. So many pros, but if I had to pick one con, it would be the shared hottub. We tried 3 different times to go in it and it was taken by the people in the bottom unit. Also the hottub is basically on their front porch so it’s more convenient for them. One night they had like 8 people in chairs around that patio so we didn’t feel comfortable getting in right next to their entire group. But the top unit itself is great and we loved the top floor view of the beach, just don’t bank on use of the hottub. "
