"Sufficient parking in and around the hotel. The hotel rooms are ageing although the housekeeping cleaning was top notch. Some maintenances needed in the bathrooms especially. We were delighted with Willow who checked us in. Saw her single handedly multitasking and being informative, while prioritising queues. The three girls at breakfast were stellar at service too! Housekeeping staff were warm and greeted us on floors. Loved the pool and sauna.(no pool towels available) but I’ll attribute that to the weekend rush. Overall, except for the age of the hotel considering more modern ones in the area, I would stay again on my next trip. Nga mihi."

"Great location, 5 min walk from Skydrive bus from airport stop, across street from Skytower/casino, lots of nearby restaurants, about 15 min walk fyom harbour, nice heated indoor pool, comfortable beds, friendly staff"
