"As advertised he gave us a deal because it was a work in progress. The outside area definately needs work but it is exactlty as he advertised. Inside it was clean inside, no bugs, adequate kitchen/stove/fridge. We had one issue with water and he immediatlt came out to fix it."

"Sent to Prop MgrHere’s a summary of the issues we encountered during our stay:•The couch arm near the door is broken (I sent a video upon arrival).•The TV remote is missing its backing, is cracked, and only works when applying pressure in a certain way.•The laundry room light is very dim and doesn’t adequately light the room.•The unit is in need of painting and some wall repairs.•The pull-out couch had no bedding. I ended up using the top sheet from the master bedroom and had to purchase my own...
