"We had a beautiful stay at Sunny by you! The house has anything you could possibly need. Close to the beach and a pool that I believe was heated. Everything was very organized and there were games for outdoors and for indoors (board games). The owner and the property management group were very accommodating and we were grateful to have an exterior elevator for our 86 year old guests. "

"We had a great time during our stay on North Captiva. The location was a short distance from the beach and very quiet. Exactly what we wanted!There were a couple issues (cleanliness of the decks and pool) that were addressed by the property manager. Communication with the owner was excellent…very responsive.We had a wedding during our stay and had dress clothes that needed to be hung up. Closet space was a challenge in some of the bedrooms…-The closet in one of king bedrooms was locked. -The closet in the other king bedroom was full of linens and supplies that reduced space for guests.-The bedroom on the top floor did not have a closet. "

"Great communication with Jeff. House is perfect. Many houses weve stayed in on island will have a few kitchen amenities but often missing things, this house had it all. Elevator was helpful for luggage and groceries. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Will stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay, but there were some issues. The outdoor lights around the pool area were not working, we were told they would be fixed, but they were not. The kitchen, baths, beds were all clean and comfortable, but other areas were not swept and had sand and other debris. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and the living space was big and spacious. The location was great; close to the beach, and we really enjoyed driving the golf carts to get coffee and ice cream. "
