"The hot tub could have been hotter. You had to select to heat the hot tub versus the pool, wish the heating systems were separate. The pool had to be fixed for us to control it. The first day or two had to be controlled remotely but it did get fixed on Monday. Big thanks!The property is really amazing & we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for everyone to have their own rooms and bathrooms. The common areas were amazing as well.Wishes:1) Better description about the beach items in the garage. We didn't need to rent so much of beach chairs, etc.2) Lights on the outside stairs to the front door (at the base of the step), weren't lit. It would have been safer for our elderly moms if they had been.3) The vents in several of the bathrooms didn't work.4) Request for a throw carpet under the large dining table on the main floor. The chairs make a very large noise when they are moved.It really is a beautiful property, hope it can continue to be well maintained."

"Was a beautiful property. Enjoyed our stay. The only negative things I can say about my stay was the elevator was out of service for our entire stay. If you are unable to navigate stairs this unit is on the third floor and unpacking and packing up and down the stairs may be a problem. The second negative thing was the lack of blinds/window coverings over the sliding doors and the LARGE window above. Since the primary bedroom is upstairs in a loft situation it directly overlooks the living room and the doors and window. Would have been nice to have a little more privacy and light blockage for mornings I wanted to sleep in a little later."

"Sandcastle is a BEAUTIFUL home!!! Very open yet many “pockets” for privacy for a large group. Super short walk to the beach going down the secret path next to the cemetery. "

" Pro - The unit itself was immaculate and the kitchen equipment was easy to use. The view from the unit towards the beach was excellent.Con - We experience on the TV apps some of them were working on the living room TV but didn’t worked on the master bedroom.Contacted Kingfisher management but were not able to figure it out.The lock combination for the locker where the beach equipment was stored was not correct and finally the representative had to cut the lock to access the beach equipment. Some of the beach chairs due to the rust were not working and should be replaced."
