"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice long weekend stay at the "By The Sea" home. Well apportioned and nicely furnished. The pool was a plus. Everything was in good working order. Very clean. Location was perfect for us. I would like to recommend to replace the beach loungers and umbrella shades."

I would definitely recommend the property and for an outstanding Captiva Island vacation rental experience, i wholeheartedly recommend American Realty of Captiva. Their commitment to exceptional service truly sets them apart!"

"The house is spacious, very comfortable and immaculate. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and beaches.There were lots of pool floats and beach chairs. It was a perfect house for our family gathering. Would definitely rent it again."

"Beautiful property with excellent amenities—we really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to provide daily housekeeping instead of every other day. Also, while construction is ongoing, it would be appreciated if guests could be assigned rooms farther away from the construction area whenever possible. Unfortunately, our room was very close to it, which made the stay less enjoyable. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and we would definitely consider staying again."

"Overall, a very nice property and a nice island to stay on. There were a few very minor things like a hinge loose and curtain holders pulled loose but nothing at all to take away from the enjoyment of the stay. When pointed out, the host responded no worries and they would take care of it. The pool was awesome and our kids enjoyed it greatly!!!!"

"Amazing house! 10/10 we had 13 in our group ages 70 to 2 and everything was perfect from the layout, common areas, kitchen set up, beach gear and pool. Beautiful location everything was with in walking distance. Sunset on the patio, star gazing on the roof top. Host communication was outstanding. Would recommend"
